Decent option in SW Bakersfield

I went to Smitten for Mother's Day but the kitchen was closed so we tried Sol y Luna nearby. They have veggie fajitas that come vegan (just ask for no cheese if you get refried beans). I verified with the server that the rice and refried beans are vegetarian/vegan.

It's pretty pricey (especially for Bakersfield) but the portion was at least large for the fajita veggies and they tasted pretty good as well.
