Muy buenas opciones de entrantes, comimos rollitos de verduras en salsa de mango, humus, brócoli crujiente con pistachos, tomate con aguacate con salsa de pesto... Fuera de los entrantes no hay muchos platos veganos pero si vegetarianos. También tienen leche de almendras. Sin duda de lo mejor de samarcanda. Precio medio para el país. Servicio muy amable

Hummus as last - Edit
If you have been majorly lacking protein on your trip this is the place to go to get amazing, but expensive hummus. I legit felt my body coming alive again when I had it. It’s about 70,000 though just FYI

Great to have humous! - Edit
We had 2 humous and it was great because its not easy to find in Uzbekistan. The beetroot salad was good but too sweet for me. They also have good wines.
