Adorable cafe - Edit
Very cute cafe with friendly staff and great food! I had the vegan wrap which was packed with flavour, and they had multiple vegan baked goods for dessert as well, the lemon cake was especially tasty. They made one of the best iced coffees I had in Norway too.

Read moreThis place has such a beautiful conviviality to it and we enjoyed our stay and the food here so much! The food and drink was exceptional and being able to enjoy this really made our day.
At the time of our visit vegans have 5 options, vegetarians have 10. (Some dishes can be modified to be vegan/vegetarian.)
We tried the summer salad (vegetarian version), white veggie pizza and the soup of the day which was carrot soup - it was extraordinary!
The staff was super friendly and helpful and hosted us with unparalleled kindness.
I can hardly express how happy we are to have stumbled upon this little special place.
I would give 5 stars if i could (but 5 stars is only for completely vegan/vegetarian places)

Best place for vegans in Åndalsnes - Edit
It is the best and only place in Åndalsnes that know what a vegan is and serve vegan options. Everyone else has either salad or glutenfree pizza with no cheese as an option. So the bar is low. That said they make great food such as beetroot hummus sandwiches and salty caramel peanut brownies that are vegan and a good bean burger. Fantastic atmosphere with a cosy nowaste feeling. They also sell vegan essentials like shampoo bars and other zero waste products. It's not perfect but it's the best Rauma got for vegans atm.

Limited vegan options - Edit
We got what appeared to be the two vegan options on the menu, a wrap and a bowl. Both were well-made and very tasty, but we were hoping for more choices. Crowded at lunchtime, but not in an unpleasant way, and the service was good.

We tried the vegan pizza with vegan cheese, which was ok, a quinoa and hummus salad, which was quite tasty and a raw snickers bar which was amazing. Overall it’s a nice place for vegan food as there is nothing else around!

Pizza, burger, soup and salad made vegan. According to the menu all of these istems can be made vegan. We ordered vegan pizza (they use vegan cheese) and a vegetarin burger made of lenses and mushroom. The burger came with a nice salad made with berries, mango and avocado.
