Might be the best soft serve - Edit
This is the ice cream that I’ve dreamed of!! I will admit that I am a bit of a soft serve snob, and it can just be so hard to find good plant-based soft serve. This is made with oat milk (there are also fruity sorbet flavors) and it is SO GOOD. It might be the best I’ve ever had, it’s just so creamy and rich. I got lots of toppings (including vegan marshmallows) and almost regretted it because I wanted to focus just on the ice cream.
Read morePlus, the owner is exceptionally warm and nice. I think he said the soft serve is from a company name Chicago ice cream. Highly highly recommend.

The Oat Milk soft serve flavors are so creamy! They have multiple vegan options including both milk-based and sorbet- and fruit-based.
