Lots of Vegan Options although not readily apparent - Edit
So I brought a friend here for brunch and it didn't look like there was a very large selection of vegan options. However, upon inquiring, we were told anything with eggs could have tofu substituted and cheeses could be removed. There is also plant-based chorizo available, which is what I opted for with my Tofu Scramble.
Read moreEven though the Tofu Scramble is listed under Lighter Fare, it actually is quite a lot of food. I chose Spinach, Mushrooms and Plant-based Chorizo for my included enhancements, and opted for tortillas rather than toast. My other option was the Snooze Breakfast Burrito, but with the tortillas, I made my own tacos!
The meal was great! I put some of the hash browns in the tortilla with scramble and it was very tasty! My friend had a non-vegan entree and he thought his was delicious, also. I would definitely come back to try other options on the menu, but would recommend getting on the wait-list before arriving. Save yourself some time!
Pros: Good food, Friendly staff, Lots of vegan options
Cons: Parking an be an issue, Wait can be long

Very satisfying - Edit
Excellent vegan breakfast options. The tofu scramble was pretty simple, very lightly seasoned, but substantial and satisfying. I customized a spicy chai oat milk latte that was great. The waiter was very knowledgeable about vegan, double-checked ingredients and returned to tell me which bread options were vegan. Next time…the pancakes!

A lot of options to choose from! - Edit
While they don’t have a lot of vegan dishes on the menu, they can make most of the dishes vegan. They have soyrizo and tofu as vegan protein options. They also have a plant-powered section of vegetarian dishes that you can easily customize to make vegan. I had the bountiful buddha bowl (take out the cheese and add soyrizo) and a vanilla oat milk latte. Both were absolutely scrumptious. The portion sizes are just right!

Good selections - Edit
Many dishes here could be made vegan. Talk to the waiter and they will be more than happy to accommodate it for you.

Fun and delicious! - Edit
This is a great place! Nothing "snooze-y" about it! Bright and upbeat with great music, excellent service and most importantly, delicious vegan options! We had the Bravocado toast topped with tofu scramble... delicious! And the vegan banana bliss pancakes... Yum! And we loved our enthusiastic server, Monica!

Very good tofu scramble - Edit
I ordered the tofu scramble with spinach, peppers and mushrooms. It was very good. There were also vegan pancakes. Claimed to be LGBTQ friendly but there were genderd restrooms so it wasn't really LGBTQ friendly

Vegan Pancakes! - Edit
My boyfriend and I were craving pancakes and way too lazy to cook ourselves. We decided to look up vegan breakfast in Hillcrest and found Snooze. We have only had the pancakes, but they were super tasty! Fair warning, this place is bustling, but I believe you can get yourself on a waitlist online. We ordered takeout and had no issues. If you’re craving a traditional American vegan breakfast in this area, this is probably the place to go.
Read moreUpdate: I went in person for the first time, and the staff did not seem to be trained on their vegan options. The online menu is also more clear about what is vegan or can be made vegan than the physical menu. When I asked if the matcha latte was vegan (sometimes they have milk powder), the waitress asked me if almond milk was vegan,… not very reassuring. She told me she checked and that it was vegan, but I would ask someone else next time to verify because I was not 100% confident it was vegan. Even though it feels harsh, I am going to knock it down to three stars because of this interaction, and it’s not fair to the nonveg restaurants who know about veganism! If I go again and the attitude is different (it could have been a new staff member or an off day), I will change my review. I still recommend it because the food is good, and the vibe is fun, but if you need more guidance, use the online menu.
