Vegan pancakes - Edit
This place has tofu scramble, chorizo, and vegan vegetables, but the star of the show is vegan pancakes. They are very yummy and I have never had vegan pancakes at a restaurant, so it’s really special.

$3 for a cup of coffee…ugh! - Edit
Yes, this establishment offered vegan options and is clean. Yes, our server was vegan and the decor was cool. Yes, located in the historic section of Ft Collins, but honestly their prices were too high for what you get. Both our breakfast dishes were good, but nothing special for the price. To add insult to injury, the coffee was $3 for one cup no refills. If there were refills, no one offered. Would love to give them 3 stars, but just can’t justify it.

Not suitable for vegans - Edit
A balanced meal is unachievable here in my experience. The only vegan options are sides like hash browns. The food is much like Denny’s and inflexible. I see mentions of tofu scramble but it wasnt on their menu when i attempted to eat here.

Best Bloody Mary in town! Just skip the fish sauce to make it vegan. I also had the tofu scramble with caramelized onion, roasted garlic and wild mushrooms that was incredible!! Knowledgeable and friendly service.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Amazing flavors! Super fast service! I got the tofu scramble with caramelized onions, red peppers, & wild mushrooms with hashbrowns and wheat toast. My husband got the breakfast burrito w/soyrizo & tofu...everything was five star!

Read moreSuper friendly! Ordered the tofu scramble with soyrizo, carmelized onions, and jalapenos. It was probably the best scramble I've ever had! Nice portion size, good classic unhealthy American breakfast, great hot sauce, what more could you ask for?
They also had a vegan porridge if you wanted to stay on the healthy side, and said that they could modify lots of stuff if we wanted. Great place!

Sorry, but I get excited when a place does a great scramble, because I’ve had some terrible ones! I got mine with mushrooms and spinach, with hashbrowns and rye toast on the side....it fed me for two meals and kept me so full and happy I skipped lunch! Avoid this place if you’re trying to cut down on oil, but if you like a greasy spoon with a great scramble then go wild! Service was great, and as always, I love that I can get a Bhakti chai anywhere in town!

Just ordered the Tofu scramble with arugula and wild mushrooms. It's soooo good! My boyfriend ordered the scramble with the Soyrizo and its delicious as well! Nice atmosphere. Friendly service. Will definitely be returning.

Best tofu scramble in town! Be sure to mention you are vegan and ask for nondairy hash browns to go with it. Great funky atmosphere. Can be very busy -- best to get there early.
