Get the Vegan Pancakes! - Edit
Snooze is a delightful breakfast diner that truly transports you back to the 60s with its vibrant retro decor. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an atmosphere filled with nostalgic charm—think bold colors, funky patterns, and cozy seating. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a laid-back, yet vibrant breakfast.

Went here on a whim and was stoked - Edit
Our hotel cafe was closed so we ended up having to look for some vegan options close by. We stumbled upon Snooze and they were so helpful and told us all of their vegan options and let us sub with no up charge. The breakfast burrito made vegan is amazing.

Unpretentious diner - Edit
Don’t let the menu fool you, almost everything at Snooze is Vegan-able. They have tofu scramble, black bean and soyrizo subs for all traditional dishes and a side bar of infinite veggie toppings to add. And vegan pancakes 😇

was not impressed - Edit
i was so excited to try this place because it had so much hype and a few vegan options. i got the tofu scramble and ordered with with mushroom, red pepper, and cauliflower. when it came the food looked pale and had no cauliflower. it had no taste and was so bland. potatoes needed ketchup and salt to have taste. toast was fine.

Love a vegan pancake - Edit
Didn’t see many other options but I’m a sucker for vegan pancakes and they were good. Had some hash browns too. Did not see the tofu scramble mentioned in other reviews. I was at the union station location.

SO GOOD - Edit
OMG I’m SO glad I found this place! They have vegan breakfast items that branch out SO much further than the average “avocado toast” (which isn’t even offered 🙌🏻). Our server Ratcheal was amazing!!

Fantastic vegan pancake! - Edit
Fantastic vegan pancake - crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside - served with very fresh strawberries and blueberries and syrup from Vermont. Snooze has all of the major plant milks for your coffee or tea including soy, almond and oat. Patio seating was delightful! Cannot remember a nicer breakfast! As a bonus - our lovely waiter gave us a ton of recommendations for great vegan eats in Denver! Delicious food, fantastic atmosphere, super friendly waitstaff!!

I loved my experience at snooze today! I got an oat milk latte that was 10/10. Our waiter was vegan and gave us vegan recommendations in the area. Definitely worth the trip.

Best pancakes ever! - Edit
They have several outlets in the Denver area, not only the ones listed here on Happy Cow. I like the bustling atmosphere, the kind stuff and above all, these are the best vegan pancakes I had so far - and trust me, I tried a lot! They also offer vegan savory options which are really good!

Wortg the Wait? Sometimes - Edit
They are very accommodating and have several vegan options. However, be prepared to wait 60-90 mins at a minimum. Also, the "fresh-squeezed" orange juice is from a bottle. Our suspicions were recently confirmed when we saw a Snoonze employee buying out the OJ stock at a nearby Whole Foods.

The scramble I had was really yummy! I was sad that they didn’t have the French toast as well as they accidentally served butter on my toast. The staff was also super nice and the drinks were yummy😄

Disappointing lack of choice - Edit
I was excited to see the mention of vegan french toast but they no longer serve it. Their bread is also not vegan, you have to have the gluten free bread. There are very few choices on the menu. Avocado toast, breakfast burrito with tofu or they can sub tofu for eggs in other dishes but basically remove all the dairy/egg products so there's not much left to make the dishes interesting and there are no vegan substitutes. It was okay but I'd expected a bit more effort.

Really good burrito! - Edit
I customised the snooze breakfast burrito to make it vegan by removing the cheese and egg and added tofu and soyrizo with green chile on top. The waiter said the green chile and ranchero were vegan. I was surprised at how helpful he was with customising it and I must say when it came out it looked so good and tasted amazing! Not a lot of options on the menu but a couple of items can be made vegan.

DO NOT GO HERE - Edit
Go here if you want to be really disappointed, annoyed, and extra hungry. They can “veganize” like 3 things all of which should have cheese in them, but they don’t have vegan cheese. We went specifically because we saw that they can do a vegan French toast. Turns out they no longer do it because “they tried it and it wasn’t great”. It’s the easiest thing to veganize. Just get the vegan egg powder if you don’t want to do it from scratch. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, especially if you waited all day to eat.

LOVE Snooze - Edit
My first time visiting Denver, I had an amazing experience at not just one but two Snooze locations. The places were both super packed but the staff were amazing! This place is awesome for a vegan wanting to having breakfast/brunch! I had a soy scramble with hash browns, and every type of vegetable they had to offer. Not to mention all their vegan friendly spices, and ketchup which is awesome.

Cons: Expensive, Long wait for a table
