I purchased immune builder due to me being under the weather. My smoothie was more like a Icee. I called to speak to member of manager “Shaun” answered the phone after I told him what my complaint was about my smoothie wasn’t blended well he hung up in my face I called back numerous time he didn’t answer phone. Very unprofessional and unethical Shaun doesn’t realize customer is his pay check without customer they don’t have a pay check. I paid 9 dollars for my smoothie plus added a multivitamin to it as well. I’m a loyal member for over four years and this is how you treat your loyal members?

My first ever smoothie came from Smoothie King. I think they make the best smoothies. However, I also think they are a little on the expensive side. They do send discounts via email occasionally. I love the enhancers but the price quickly skyrockets when you add the enhancers.

Nice Road Trip Break - Edit
Smoothie King is similar to Jamba Juice. Ingredients are not organic or I'd have given 5 cows. Would be nice to have the option to use organic ingredients even if have to pay more. Note: the size "small" is what I'd call a large and the "large" is gigantic!
