Don't bother - Edit
The have one option only with tofu on the menu and, they don't even bother to check if there's any animal product in the dish. They says all they know is that is vegetarian.

Disappointing - Edit
Ordered a tofu rice dish and mango salad without shrimp paste. Tofu rice dish was edible but nothing special. Mango salad was interesting. Saw the chef scrapped off the shrimp paste which he placed on top of the sliced mango when he realized I had requested without shrimp paste then rinsed the plate of salad under the tap before serving to me. Salad only consisted of chopped onion, diced tomatoes and sliced mango. It was disappointing!

ok place, but there’s better & cheaper - Edit
when i went to boracay the first time 5 years ago this was the place i ate at on a (nearly) daily basis - service was lovely and the food was good.
Read moretherefore it was no surprise, that i wanted to visit Smoke straight away this time.
unfortunately, the service was pretty unhelpful, actually rather rude. there was no option to add tofu to my vegetarian noodles.
taste was ok, nothing too special. prices are fine for boracay. maybe it was just bad timing, but we didn’t feel like going back.
we had better food and great service (making it possible to veganise food for us) at two other local restaurant - at an even cheaper price!
fyi: there are 2 Smoke restaurants at d*mall! the second one has more seating options!
Pros: vegetarian choices, price
Cons: service/rudeness, not every dish can be adjusted

Cheap vegan options - Edit
I ordered one of the tofu dishes which was absolutely delicious just would have liked a little more! My friend ordered the eggplant salad which was a disaster, was basically a load of raw onion with a few tomatoes and an unripe eggplant bunged on the top. Managed to swap the dish for the garlic tofu which she said was super tasty.
Read moreI have also had the pinakbet which was a really good variety of veg and a decent portion. Just make sure you specify no shrimp paste or oyster sauce when ordering.
Dishes range from around 180-220 pesos.
Pros: Cheap , Tofu dishes are delicious
Cons: Some dishes are quite small , Not a huge variety of vegan options

go here! fresh cheap local food. - Edit
What a great place. We visited every restaurant on happy cow in Boracay and this was by far our favourite. Smoke is a small local restaurant in the food market section of d'mall. They serve fresh, local and tasty food, with lots of vegetarian dishes, and It's a lot cheaper than all the other places. Seriously, go here.
