Not a great choice for vegans - Edit
Staff doesn't seem to be fond of vegans, or willing to accommodate them. The waitress told us they don't offer anything vegan, although they have smoothie bowls, guacamole toast, coffee with plant based milk that are fully vegan or other things on the menu that could easily be made vegan if there was a will (like toast with veggies, hummus toast, and so on). We both tried the toast with guacamole and hemp seeds and it was OK, although it lacked spices a little bit and it wasn't really filling. The coffee was really good. The overall experience was not that great. I am not sure I would get back to this place.

The only possible way to have a breakfast in Makarska - Edit
As the title says, there are generally very few options for vegans/vegetarians to have breakfast in Croatia. However, this bar offers a wide variety of options, and the waiter was friendly enough to offer suggestions and make changes to the menu to suit your preferences.

Delicious smoothie bowls, juices and the best coffee I had in the Balkans. Also some tasty craft beer on tap and a friendly owner. This is the best place to come for health conscious vegans/vegetarians in Magarksa
