NYC Pizza in longmont - Edit
It's not gourmet pizza. It's a pretty good, bit oily pizza that you eat when you're feeling like you want some junk. It may be my favorite junky pizza in longmont right now.
Read moreWe wrote "vegan" on the comments (always do it as a habit) and when we picked up the guy that made our pizza said he didn't put garlic butter since we'd said vegan. I thought garlic butter was an add on with an extra charge, but just to be safe, say vegan!

Not super duper, but definitely not bad. Just got a classic veggie with vegan cheese instead. The cheese would often stick to the roof of my mouth a little, but that crust makes up for it.

Read morewe get the Nonna's Garden pizza, add red sauce, remove the mozzarella and ricotta and add light vegan cheese and add herbs to the crust and it's really good pizza, not just vegans trying to make something work. I talked to someone who checked with the kitchen and the crust, sauce, and herb brushing are all vegan.
tip - ask for light vegan cheese, we've found here and elsewhere that too much of the follow your heart/daiya/violife cheese ends up slimy and we pull it off.
