Great vegan food, ambience, owner, and team! - Edit
I initially discovered this vegan restaurant on Instagram during the pandemic. I was sooo excited to find a vegan restaurant with world flavors that happens to be fairly close to where I live! It's about 3.5 hours away from where I live, but we don't have anything like that around me.
Read moreMy husband and I recently ate there. The food, ambience, owner, and team were all very wonderful! There is beautiful artwork and other products from local artists and artisans that Kenny, the owner, displays to help support other local artisans. Kenny has a huge heart and his team is amazing. The place is huge. They often have live music!!! I definitely want to come back when I can to catch a live event dinner event one of these days.
My husband and I, of course, thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Hubby had a vegan chicken sandwich dish and I had vegan lamb. I really wanted to try everything on the menu, so I can't wait to try the other dishes! We are so excited to travel back to dine again soon!
Pros: Menu is 100% vegan , Flavors are from all over the world! , Often has live music

Another place that was on my radar to check out. Place is fancier than I expected too.
Read moreThere were so many choices here. I did go for the bahn mi sandwich and fries. Bahn mi had fresh veggies, tofu and sauce. The bahn mi was in my top 10 list for sure.
We split the samosa, the sauce for samosa was awesome.
Wife has the chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and greens. She was very happy.
Dropped off a Happy Cow window sticker too😃

One of the Best Vegan Places Around - Edit
I was craving Filipino food and came to this place because they have a vegan Filipino dish: sisig and laing with rice. I usually don’t like vegan meats, but these were delicious and flavourful without tasting too much like meat.
Read moreMy brother had the BLT and was pleased with the bacon and appetisers (samosas and lumpia). He said he couldn’t tell the difference between the bacon and the real thing!
Service was fast, and the atmosphere was pleasant and homey. The live jazz was an extra treat :)
Pros: A diverse menu , Fast service, Live music

Not what I expected - Edit
Everything sounded so good on the menu but I couldn't resist the wet burrito with carnitas. The flavor threw me off and I figured out halfway through that they used tofu skin instead of a tortilla. It gave it a weird texture and didn't taste Mexican at all. My husband said his mashed potatoes were gross. He did like the fried chicken and samosas.

Not what I wanted - Edit
I ordered the teriyaki bahn mi because the picture of it in here looked delicious and I got two pieces of flavorless tofu in between two pieces of bread that you can barely bite through bread.
Read moreThen my sister wanted tacos but for some reason in her box got some shrimp? Also asked if they could make some sort of fried rice that’s not on the menu and it ended up just being the omelet thing but I wish they would have just said that than make it in the place. And even though it was all things I didn’t order still I didn’t like the taste of what I got.
Was excited about the reviews and tend to just eat whatever I get and am happy but this experience was bad enough I made an account just to say this. All on top of this it was nearly $80. There are a whole lot of better options close by.
Also their online menu isn’t what they have there so be sure to call and ask before walking in and realizing some of the people that went to try something won’t have their item on the menu.

Excellent Service and Amazing Food - Edit
This entirely vegan restaurant is a must if you're in the area. The head chef/owner rotates the menu and plans to create authentic vegan versions of every country's signature dish. I had the lumpia, chimichurri mushroom steak with potatoes and asparagus, and some I've pandesal for dessert. Please come support this business as they are fairly new and haven't been able to advertise much.

WOW - Edit
As I was hanging with my friends, they asked to find a Vegan spot for us to eat at to accommodate for myself, and looking online I saw that though it’s a relatively new spot, Sky Cafe had some decent reviews and pictures.
Read moreThose did not do enough justice to the pure quality of the food alone.
The Cafe itself is International Cuisine, from Malaysian to Southern US, to Filipino, the sheer amount of options alone had us so excited. And everything is made from scratch in house!!! We were told we could sit outside in the patio’d area I believe if we wanted to or inside. We took a window seat indoors, and we ordered a lot of food to split between the three of us.
First course was our appetizers: Lumpia, Samosas, and Spring Rolls. They all were phenomenal, but let me tell you that Sauce for the Samosas was INSANE, they said it was made with Tamarind, which gave it this amazing sweetness, that really complemented the curry of the Samosas, but like we put that sauce on everything we had lol.
Then our meals proper: Teriyaki Bahn Mi with French Fries, Fried Chicken N Waffle Sandwich, “Lamb” Kebab with Rice, and Chicken Satay with Rice & Roti.
The marinade for the tofu was just a knockout. I typically like firmer/more fried tofu, but it was this soft and sweet and amazing punch to the taste buds. I never felt like I was eating too much, because of how sorta refreshing the veggies and light it was.
However, we all tried that Chicken N Waffle sandwich and that thing blew us away. The maple syrup was this thick and sweet mix they offered that drizzled slowly. The sandwich was somehow more than perfect. The vegan chicken had a crunch from the fried outside, then a soft chew that was so tender and warm. The Waffle omg I can’t begin to describe how soft it was, but then you add the pickle and pickled like red onions that were spruced in for a different texture and taste. I was honestly so close to just ordering another order of that lol.
This review is super long already, but I once again can’t exaggerate how amazing the food was alone. Because it is a new location, I believe it said it opened back in March, it didn’t seem too large of a staffing, but honestly they were all so kind. It’s a beautiful spot and cafe that I believe DESERVES better recognition and support. 10 out of 10

Delicious and great atmosphere - Edit
The food was so delicious and the place itself has a wonderful atmosphere! We had the lumpia (Filipino egg rolls), the sisig rice plate (included a fantastic and fascinating taro greens in a creamy sauce), and the kimchi omelette. It was all extremely tasty. Our child had the deluxe waffle—for dinner! She said, “I love this! And I love this night!” And we grownups did too. Scrumptious meal and delightful folks who run the restaurant. We will definitely be back, next time we’ll be sure to come when there’s live music.

Worth Visiting Daily! - Edit
Food has exceptional flavors and is healthy, satisfying and filling. Kenny uses organic, non-GMO ingredients and magically transforms them into delicious and hearty meals. The Kimchi Fried Rice Omelet was unexpectedly delicious. A favorite, the Kofta Kebab (“beef” kebab served with lavash bread and rice), is insanely flavorful. The Thali (India) Plate of Aloo Gopi, Palak Paneer, Chana Masala, Rice and Roti is to die for. Their menu changes frequently, so the place is worth visiting every day. High quality and super wholesome food. A welcome addition to the neighborhood. Highly recommend.
