Lovely place

Beautiful place and garden in the nature reservate.
The shop offers fresh vegetables and fruits, some of them directly from their lovely big garden. They really want to offer good, healthy and ecological products!
Don't expect too much vegan processed food. But there is different vegan milk, cream, tempeh, tofu, butter, spreads & sweets etc. to find. You can also get many different vitamins, ecological cleaning and body products or tea, pasta, lentils and regional good bread.
The café house is mostly open on saturday (summer) but with reservations. But look up the dates on the homepage/facebook. Really good food!!! I enjoyed it :)

I found nothing for lunch in the shop

Only the shop was open when I visited. No problem, I was happy to buy shop items. But oh no, I could not make a decent or affordable lunch from what was for sale. In a vegan food shop! I could have spent the equivalent of about 9€ on a tube of pate and 5 thin slices of long life black bread, and added a tomato for a couple more euro. In the fridge there was nothing fun, only plain tofu, and what seemed to be dairy feta, so I'm not sure this place is vegan. No vegan cheese etc.
Everything was so expensive and unexciting, the place was very hidden, and service limited, that I could not work out why this shop exists. A dad and his late teens kids were in there too, and they couldn't find anything that took their fancy either. I bought a tomato and some buy by weight rice and lentils (which the 2nd star is for). The vegetables did look nice but unaffordable.

I would tell you how to find it, but there isn't much point.

Pros: Beautiful location if you go down to the sea here

Cons: Unaffordable, Dull

Thank you for your review! Sorry that you did not find what you expected in the ecoshop. We are focusing on selling products that are ecologically produced and prefer so locally produced products as possible and so little processed foods as possible. Most of the products we sell are vegan. The restaurant/café is not open regularly, but during summer months sometimes open, and always require prebookings. Delicious meal

Fabulous, cosy, tranquil atmosphere. Lovely views over the organic vegetable garden of which lots of the delicious buffet is prepared from. A great variety of hot and cold food, salad, bread and scrummy brownie. The cafe is in a lovely nature reserve with great woodland walks to burn off lunch.

Pros: Fresh, organic, In season veg
