Don’t believe the online menu…

Online menu differs from physical menu at restaurant. Vegan items are not clearly marked on paper menu. Was informed curry base is made using sausage. Staff is fairly informed but I’m skeptical. Fries are great!

Wonderful experience

Came down for a business trip and didn’t expect a pub to have some solid vegan options. I got the organic tofu curry with basmati rice as well as a draft and a cocktail.

Pros: Great pub scene, Lots of vegan options with knowledgeable staff, Good selection of drafts and cocktails

5 stars - excellent food and service

For some reason I am not able to get the 5th star to light up in the rating. I was hankering for some veggies after a week spent with family repeatedly offering me several different types of tofu from Chinese restaurants. I got the Brussels sprouts with other veggies and sweet potato fries. I asked for the vegan prep (they also conveniently mark which dishes are vegetarian and vegan on the whole menu😄) so the waitress asked me if I ate honey. When I said no. She said that's fine, it just means the Brussels sprouts would be sauteed with olive oil instead of the honey-balsamic glaze as listed. That was fine with me! I was impressed with her knowing to ask that. The food was delicious and really hit the spot. A little pricey but honestly at that point I didn't care, I just needed something green to eat. I would go back!

Pros: Vegan options clearly listed, Quite a few options, Knowledgeable staff

Cons: A little overpriced

To my surprise! I’ll be back!

I usually only go to vegan restaurants because it saves the headache of miscommunication. But I saw this on the app and decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. Gives me more variety since I never venture out. Almost half the menu has a vegan optional dish. It was pretty tasty too!

Pros: Several vegan options, Fast service, Food was good

Unexpectedly amazing!

We ordered the chili fries to start which were the thick British “chips” or steak fries. Very tasty with a flavorful chili. Our main entrees were the stuffed zucchini and curry tofu. The tofu was very good but the zucchini was the star of the show. It was stuffed with a veggie ragout, red sauce, and we asked them to sub in quinoa instead of the non vegan potato cakes that traditionally come with the entree. It was excellent!!

Pros: Several vegan options on the menu , Knowledgeable server , Good beer selection
