Excellent organic porridge - Edit
We had porridge for breakfast and it was very tasty. You can choose your toppings and also the milk for the porridge (oat, soy, coconut). Same thing for coffee and tea. They also have some other vegan breakfast/brunch options as well as cakes that looked very delicious!

Pros: Tasty food with healthy options, Cosy restaurant and friendly service, Delicious-looking cakes

Average - Edit
Not a huge amount of choice and the options they do have are a bit unimaginative. Okay if you need somewhere that suits non-vegans too, but there are definitely better options in Glasgow for vegan breakfast/brunch
Read morePros: Nice cakes , Nice decor/vibes
Cons: Breakfast/brunch food is a bit bland , Options could be a bit more imaginative

Highly remarkable vegan/gluten free options - Edit
For an omni place, I cannot recommend this highly enough. As soon as you step inside, the smell of home cooked food hits you. Service was polite, caring and fast. I had a lovely porridge bowl which was warm and wholesome, the portion was very generous and the coffee was second to none. So good I came back again for lunch and had the full vegan English breakfast. There might not be loads of vegan options, but it's definitely worth a visit. Do not miss out.

Fantastic vegan eats - Edit
Firstly, there aren't a ton of vegan options at Singl-end, however, the vegan food that is on offer is fantastic, with generous (and very tasty) portions! The vegan breakfast is especially banging, featuring a spicy bean mix, mushrooms, tomatoes, potato scone, plentiful guac and some lovely sourdough bread. The scrambled tofu option was also very filling and flavourful. Nice to see healthier vegan brekkie and lunch options without the usual fake meat replacements.

Cons: Slightly pricey, Limited options

Vegan brunch sorted - Edit
We were looking for brunch, with a vegan cooked breakfast in mind, and this place hit the nail on the head! Really tasty food in generous quantities- I recommend the tattie scone as a side-order!
Read moreI didn’t look far beyond the cooked breakfast on the menu, but there at least three or four vegan bakery treats to choose from; I had the raspberry and coconut scone, and my friend had an outrageously large slice of chocolate and biscoff cake. Dynamite!

Rude host - Edit
They had a few vegan options which were alright but nothing more. The hostess was for some reason very rude, highly unusual for Scotland.

Great brunch spot! - Edit
I have enjoyed several visits here. Whilst it can be busy, service has always been great. There are good vegan options, both savoury and sweet. The decor and atmosphere is lovely, and they allow dogs! I will always be happy to return here, it holds good memories for me. Would recommend to all!

Very good cakes and breads, decent coffee - Edit
This is a great place to have a coffee and cake - the vegan selection is good and the cakes are very nice. Coffee is decent (not spectacular) as well.

YES Cake! - Edit
Came here one afternoon last week after having been recommended their vegan cakes. They didn't have too many vegan options, but everything that was suitable for vegans looked amazing. The Chocolate Hazelnut Raspberry Sponge I had was heavenly, and I'd definitely come back to try more of their bakes.
Read moreOne thing to note: It feels more like eating in a restaurant than in a cafe (it's quite busy with waiters running around, loud-ish with dishes clattering etc.), so it might not be the ideal place for you if you're looking for some downtime in a quiet environment.
Pros: fantastic cake
Cons: restaurant environment makes it hard to relax

Great food and baked goods! - Edit
This gem was located close to my hotel when I visited Glasgow, and I'm so happy I found it.
Read moreThe space is adorable and the food is delicious. I absolutely loved the selection of vegan pastry options and especially all of the fresh bread! I visited twice during my stay, once for breakfast and once for lunch - and left happy and satisfied with my meals both times.
The Vegan Cooked Breakfast is a steal for the price - everything was cooked and seasoned well. The Open Sandwich was also delicious as was the slice of decadent cake I took with me on my way out.
I appreciated how all the ingredients were fresh and that everything was made from scratch. The service was always great and the staff friendly - even upon the second visit when they were completely full and busy.
