Sooooo tasty - Edit
Me and my sister ordered from here because it was the closest Chinese restaurant that catered to vegans. We absolutely loved it, I had the mock duck and my sister had the potato samosas and noodles which she LOVED. The rest of my family are meat eaters so they were able to order meat dishes which they also really enjoyed so everyone was happy. We would definitely order from here again!

Unexpected delight - Edit
Thanks to Happy Cow for helping me find this. When travelling it’s sometimes hard to find good vegan options and this place is a cracker! Ambience and location are just average but the food is fantastic.

Delicious! - Edit
We had one strange evening when they put shrimps in my vegan noodles but other than that we have found the food absolutely delicious! Interesting and varied menu.

Lots of choices for vegans - Edit
Lots of the vegetarian dishes are vegan or can be made vegan so there is plenty of choice and they are flexible with how spicy the dishes (great for people like me who can't take too much heat). It isn't a cuisine that I am familar with but I enjoyed it. I opted for the tofu satay to start - the tofu came as skewers with onion and peppers and was very nice. For main I asked for a mild version of the vegetable claypot curry and shared a coconut rice. I was a little disappointed with the coconut rice which lacked flavour but the curry was good. Overall the food was good.

Pros: Lots of choices for vegans, Tasty satay tofu, Good value for money
Cons: Not all veg*an, It would benefit from updated decor

Brilliant Food - Edit
The East Surrey Vegans visited Singapore Orchid for our meetup this month. Of the vegetarian dishes on the menu, I think there's just 1 dish which can't be veganised, but there's plenty to select from.
Read moreMy boyfriend and I shared the samosas and lettuce wraps (the latter were particularly amazing), and for our main, the gado gado, which wasn't my fave, kungo po with puffed tofu, which was amazing and not like anything I'd had before, and coconut rice.
They're lacking in vegan puddings, but you can have battered, fried banana, pineapple, or apply, but there's no ice cream to go with it. One member of the group had the pineapple which did smell amazing.
Pros: Plenty to choose from, Flavoursome dishes
Cons: Lacking in vegan puddings

Fantastic - Edit
Food was really really good. We had salt and pepper tofu and 'duck' pancakes to start, puff tofu and sweet and sour tofu for main and coconut rice : wow it was the best Asian food we've had. Will be ordering the same again next time - I hope it's soon.

Authentic Singaporean - Edit
I was first drawn to this place due to the extensive vegetarian menu (most of which is vegan) versus the usual case in Asian restaurants who have the token spring rolls and one or two stir fry vegetables. They also had a lot of meat replacement options like "vegetarian chicken" and extensive tofu options. I didn't try these so can't comment. I used to live in Singapore and found the food very authentic. The roti prata was delicious and rather than the usual curry dipping sauce came as a big bowl of the curry with a variety of vegetables. At less than seven pounds it was filling enough to have as a single course dinner. The Singapore noodles were okay, but a bit bland for my taste. I know this isn't the goal of the Happy Cow app to rate this but my carnivore husband said his lamb rendang curry and chicken satay were excellent. I only mention this as it's a viable option for vegans with omni company.

Pros: Food excellent , Well-priced , Number of veggie options
Cons: Decor very simple, not much atmosphere
