Needs improvement - Edit
Clean, contemporary interior. Friendly staff, open kitchen. Fast service. The menu has a dedicated vegan section. However, in my experience, the food needs improvement. My dish arrived piping hot, swimming in oil, and overloaded with minced garlic (many pieces were hard and inedible). The flavor was alright, but a bit sweet for my taste. I don’t recommend the Spicy Family Tofu with Mixed Vegetables.

Served us non-vegan mayo with our vegan order - Edit
We ordered the salt and pepper tofu twice, which was clearly labeled vegan on the menu. Both times, it was served to us with a sauce, which we learned the second time was non-vegan mayo. The manager and owner did not understand the severity of this when we asked for refunds. We do not recommend this restaurant to ANY vegans as they clearly can not be trusted to serve vegans vegan food, even if it is labeled vegan on the menu.

Delicious and big Ramen - Edit
Seems to be family owned and operated. Lots of noodles and rice dishes. Edamame too. Quality food by a skillful chef.

Nice vegan ramen bowl - Edit
I had their clearly labeled vegan ramen. You need to clarify a change to rice noodles and of course add tofu. Overall it was a nice meal washed down with a 600 ml $5 Sapporo. The place was also severely understaffed with noticeable frustrations from the tables surrounding us.

Hidden gem! - Edit
I have been here twice and each time I’m reminded I need to come here more often. I ordered vegan ramen with extra veggies and chili sauce and spicy tofu and veggies. I haven’t come across anyone that isn’t familiar with what vegan is and means so they will let you know if something isn’t vegan and are happy to make things vegan for you (assuming means leaving out fish sauce, etc).

Good vegan options - Edit
All the ramens can be made vegan with tofu or veggies or both. Waitress knew what vegan means and was happy to oblige.

Decent pan-asian menu, be sure to confirm what's vegan - Edit
There aren't a lot of vegan options in this area, and this is a decently tasty little place. Our server was pretty knowledgeable about which items on the menu were vegan, and she was able to adjust almost everything we wanted. Make sure to ask, because some dishes appeared vegan from the title/description, but contained egg or oyster sauce. The vegan ramen broth was good, but they use egg noodles as their default noodle, so be sure to ask for the rice noodles.
