Superb food - Edit
Mama Mia Lasagna is out of this world, along with its side of greens and oil-free dressing. Chocolate Cheesecake with berry sauce is also outstanding.

Simply phenomenal - Edit
I got the #1 sampler and the key lime cheesecake and not only was this some of the best raw vegan cuisine I’ve ever had, it was amongst the BEST vegan food PERIOD. Everything was so flavorful I couldn’t even believe it was raw. This place is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the containers arts district.

Stopped by on a whim, food presentation was beautiful and delicious! I got the green chili enchiladas, and they weren't what I was expecting, but they were amazing and I want to try more of their offerings.

Black Owned Vegan Business - Edit
From the moment I called in for take-out till the moment I left with my food, the experience was a wondrous one. Greeted with love from the jump and nothing but love in the food. I had it for my first time last week and then two days after I went back and got more than the first time. The Mac and cheese side is an absolute must! The big sampler is fire😄be prepared for that delicious dessert too :)

The nachos and the tacos and the TLT panini....omg everything was incredibly delicious. This is my new favorite place to eat out in Las Vegas. The Container Park is fun anyway, but now I have a new reason to go there.

Cozy cafe. The TLT Panini (Tempeh, Lettuce, Tomato) was great. Really nice location with lots to do and close to the Fremont Street experience.

Fresh and delicious - Edit
We were visiting Las Vegas from out of town and so glad we went here. We loved the taco trio on the lettuce wraps and the spring rolls were unique. In a town full of commercially produced fake meat, it was so nice to have some great fresh food. Both the tofu and the cashew cheese sauces were good.

Quality, fresh, plant based restaurant located in a container park. Great place to grab a healthy, flavorful bite and people watch. Can’t decide what to try? Three generously portioned sample plates are available. Raw and cooked food available.

Good little place with only to go options - Edit
A bit too wasteful for our taste (bring your utensils if you try to avoid single use plastic waste)
Read moreBut the food was good, the coconut kale salad was delicious, the spring rolls fairly tasty and the lasagna a must try (gotta love garlic though!)
When it comes to drink, pay attention of what you order, there was a Honest Tea (Moroccan Mint) that has honey in it.
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Flavorful
Cons: Wasteful packaging , Honey in drinks

Soooo good. We had the nachos, spring rolls, and lasagna. Everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the food was out quick. Water was very cheap. Two bottles of water cost $3.24. It was the least amount I’ve paid for water since I’ve been in Vegas. Unique location, as well.

Good food - Edit
Simply Pure is inside the Container Market, seats about 8 tightly and is all vegan. The food is interesting. It’s like a fusion between raw food and cooked food in the same dish. I’m high raw so I’d prefer the raw dishes be 100% raw myself. For example, the jicama fries: they went out of their way to make raw fries! Yes! But put TVP (cooked soy) as a ground beef replacement on the raw fries. I’d prefer walnut substitute to keep the dish raw and keep soy out of it. Good food and the kale chips are old skool style - the way I love. One drawback is everything comes with plastic even though the plates are compostable. You’ll get plastic silverware and plastic sauce containers so I’d say bring your own utensils and ask them to switch to non-disposable flat wear or at least all compostable. Bring your own bottle and refill close by at the Container Market water station.

Juice and Lasagna lunch - Edit
The lasagna at this restaurant was highly recommended on a Las Vegas Vegans facebook page so I had to try it. Had a Liquid Courage juice before my meal which fed my cells and tasted amazing. The lasagna took awhile to make but it was very delicious and a huge portion. I wish the lasagna noodles had been veggie but I believe they were just flour noodles. I'll definitely visit again next year for the juice.

lasagna portion was huge! TLC fresh pressed juice was super refreshing and I'm not usually overly fond of cucumbers but I would get it again, absolutely. Smallish menu but raw options make up for it.

I love this place. Unpretentious - the dishes are just sincere and uninhibited. Love the use of spice and the play of textures. I had that meatless chicken wraps made of ground almonds and cashews .... divine! Cold marinara over zucchini pasta is just lovely to the palate and the vegan nachos were fantastic. I am definitely a fan of this place.

It's really nice sitting outside there and the food was just amazing. The juice I tried was also really tasty. I am really sorry but I can't give 5 stars because of the plastic forks and the paper plates. This produces so much waste and it is also a bit impractical.
