Happy cow says I can’t give 5 stars because they aren’t fully vegan… but I’d give 10 stars if I could because this is the best vegan pizza I’ve EVER had. This is an authentic pizza with perfect crispy crust. The ingredients are fresh, the vegan cheese was good. The own is really great. I appreciate having such an awesome option for vegan Pizza. Complimenti!

Solid pizzeria and Italian restaurant on Campus - Edit
Silvio's is a fairly solid Italian restaurant on campus. During the Summer it has a few lovely street-side tables outside. The pizza is good and the menu has a little something for every member of the family. Service can be spotty as the staff seems to frequently change as college students come and go. There are daily specials and often a unique dish available. Quirky but usually charming!

Best vegan pizza in Ann Arbor - Edit
Very few pizza places in Ann Arbor carry daiya, so this place is awesome. On top of that, they use primarily organic ingredients, which make the pizza so flavorful. Also the crust is flakey and delicious. A bit pricey, but definitely worth spending an extra $10 when the alternative is a cheeseless pizza.

Vegan items were clearly marked, service was friendly, quick, and helpful. Great option if eating with non vegans. Smells amazing in there and I'd love to go back someday and try their vegan version of a dessert pizza!

Read morelocal kombucha and topped off the meal with vegan cheesecake (my allergy self was thrilled it had no nuts or coconut)! And our waitress was super vegan friendly/aware!

Best Pizza in Town - Edit
This is by far the best pizza in town! All organic with LOTS of vegan options. Any pizza can be made with tofu or vegan cheese and they have vegan pesto, vegan chocolate mousse, delicious bread, calzones and gluten free pastas available. Really the sauce and crust make this the best! (Although the vegan cookies are dry no matter how many times I try them.) Pizza by the slice all day and sit down service available. Offers local beers and some wine and live music some fridays. They have a hydroponic herb garden too!

Silvio's is fantastic! The people are so, so, so friendly and accommodating. They always have a vegan pizza available for pizza-by-the-slice. One time I went there and they had just run out of their vegan pizza, so they asked me exactly what I'd like on mine, and that was the very next pizza they made! Their potato bread (sold Thursdays) is amazing!!! Their salads are divine. Seriously -- their house salad has beets, artichoke hearts, olives... Amazing! Their soups are tasty too (though a little oily sometimes). Best of all, they are just super, super nice there.

Silvio's has the best, I repeat, THE BEST vegan pesto in the world. You can get vegan pesto pizza there (just say you'd like to replace reg. pesto with vegan pesto), and just plain vegan pesto pasta. It's amazing. They also have very good regular vegan pizza also, where they substitute tofu for cheese. This place has truly authentic italian pizza, and is definitely worth trying out. And, Silvio is always there cooking...He's an italian genious! Don't believe any bad reveiws! =)

Organic, yes, but strange - Edit
Wildly inventive topping combinations and a range of pizzas-by-the-slice at lunch. Heralded as authentic Italian by those who should know, the textures and combinations at Silvio's are at times little strange for American palates. Calzones in particular are made with an unusually toothsome dough. Very solicitous counter staff.
