Special 3 course vegan meal - Edit
My husband talked with the restaurant in advance of my birthday and they created a custom 3 course vegan meal for us. Started with vegan bread and a large salad that even had dairy free cheese, then the main course was roasted mushrooms with angel hair pasta, and a chocolate avocado mousse for dessert. It was nice to actually eat a whole vegan meal in Casper and the staff was so friendly, accommodating, and interested in our reviews of the food!

Bland veggie plate - Edit
First I’ll start by saying the service was wonderful, but the people near us didn’t have inside voices, so that was a little annoying on our date night. I was so excited for another vegan option in Casper… but I was very dissatisfied. When I order a cauliflower steak… I expect the cauliflower to be marinated and at least pan fried. This dish is like someone boiled a head of cauliflower and then garnished it with their dressing and raisins. Not tasty at all. I ate about half the dish. So a head of cauliflower, a bit of broccoli and carrots unseasoned and a side of asparagus for 24$. No thanks. I will stick with fire rock.

It is hard to come by vegan options at restaurants in Casper, but I was happy to see a great vegan option on the menu, it was the only one, but nice to be able to go out with friends and family to a steakhouse and have something to eat.

It was served with either soup or salad. The soup was non-vegan, but the salad was served without croutons or cheese and oil and vinegar. It was really good. Didn’t finish the meal and had lunch the next day.
