Good food but be careful with the hummus - Edit
Good food, a lot of vegan options. But please be careful when ordering the pinenut hummus: In the English menu they didn't include the fact that it's with ghee. So please tell them to use olive oil instead.

Great place to visit - Edit
Fantastic restaurant to go in conjunction with a visit to the Citadel. Great decor with excellent air conditioning makes for a relaxing visit. The veg food was quite tasty and reasonably priced however it’s basically limited to mezze dishes. The coriander potatoes and mango juice are true standouts though.

Good juice, appetizers - Edit
Right by the citadel, has a great view of the harbour and the city. They have appetizers that can be vegan. The staff did not speak great English and did not know what vegan was. After discussing which dishes were vegan (we ordered hummus and tahini) he brought me those little round puffy breads which are made with milk (waiter confirmed later and seemed confused why that would be a problem). Stick with the just crispy pita bread. Juice was great.

Food is good but not amazing. - Edit
Very fancy restaurant and great view. For vegans available the usual side dishes. Although Baba ganoush was not the usual spread one would expect. The toasted bread was super good for sure and the hummus was great with it.

Great food, big portions and nice restaurant - Edit
Food was good, nicely served and portions are big. The restaurant is clean and spatious with sea side view. It costs a bit more than average but simultaneously its also fensier than the average restaurant in the area so it's justified. What I liked the most though is that they had marked vegan meals in their menu! This is the first time I have seen this in my 20 days in Egypt so far😄

Great food, great view! - Edit
I found it quite hard so far to find good vegan food in Egypt, but here they have a nice choice of vegetables, the best hummus I've ever had and a few other vegan things like lentil soup and salads. Also we got olives and a lot of bread to the food. The view is great, you can see the city and the fishing boats. It's a good place to have your lunch at after visiting the Citadel.

Delightful - Edit
Everything is tasty and very fresh accompanied with a great view and terrific atmosphere (great music, attentive staff). I think the prices are extremely reasonable given the location, presentation, taste & quantity of the food, and decor. I would highly recommend.

You have to go here! - Edit
The best restaurant in Alexandria! The food is amazing quality and the service is fantastic! The staff were really lovely and attentive to catering to our needs. We got free vegetarian dishes to try because the staff were keen to promote the variety of dishes available. The view of the water and boats was spectacular! Can’t rate it highly enough. Not to be missed! To find it go to the right of the Citadel of Qaitbay and look for the plaque saying Sidra and stairs leading up to a pier entrance to the restaurant. There is a ramp for wheelchair access too.

Delicious vegan food with incredible views of Alexandria harbor - Edit
This place had absolutely scrumptious vegan mezzes, some quite unusual such as muhamarra. Friendly atmosphere with absolutely stunning views onto the Alexandria harbor from outside terrace. Right next to the entrance to the Qaytbay Fort, si can be combined with a visit to that site.
