I had the vegan quesadilla which had sundried tomatoes, red pesto, basil, vegan cheese and tofu. Really yummy! Also a few other options including a tempeh sandwich with peanut sauce and cabbage. Definitely would recommend!

Lovely little cafe - Edit
Very cozy and nice atmosphere. They had several vegan options clearly marked on the menu. Vegans could choose between salad, sandwich, scrambled tofu or special type of pizza. Coffee was also served with plant based milk. Food was delicious and affordable. Located conveniently near the train station.

Coffee-vibes! 💚 - Edit
This place has some good coffee-vibes. With staff that wears out a percolater-tattoo. That is how deep their love for coffee goes. Had a Scrambled tofu for breakfast. Not awesome but it was ok. But the coffee.... ohhh the coffee #love💜.... there are allso books to share and the place has a good admosphere.

Vegan lunch menu - Edit
I have visited Sicily cafe many times for lunch as I used to work nearby. There is always one vegan option from about 5 meals. Soup is also sometimes vegan. When I came for breakfast, there was just one vegan option and it was bread with pea/soy spread which was good and huge. Italian style coffee. Free tap water.

Very delicious! - Edit
We had a delicious and light dinner. I highly recommend there salad with warm apples, carrots, and walnuts. It’s a nice light started. I just had them not put goat cheese on it to make it vegan. Their breakfast menu looked really good too.

Must visit local eatery - Edit
This was my first meal I had in Prague, and I was absolutely in love with the pinsa. The atmosphere was phenomenal and the wait staff were very friendly. They have everything labelled with the allergens and have a section for vegans (we think about vegans). I ordered the vegan pinsa which came with vegan cheese, and I could not have been more satisfied. It was very fresh, and I savored every bite.
Read morePros: vegan pizza and cheese, non dairy milk, not too pricey

We tried the mushroom risotto with vegan cheese and the linguini with sun dried tomatoes and olives. The risotto was a bit bland, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. For drinks, we went for their craft beer and a ginger lemonade. The service was fast and neat.

A very decent place - Edit
This little cafe is very cool. The lamps are made of recycled coffee packets and mugs. I had the vegan risotto and the soup. The soup was amazing, so flavorful and the bread comes in recycled coffee bags, which was a nice touch. The risotto wasn’t great, it was lacking flavor and the mushrooms were very watery and a weird texture. I would go again and order the curry dish instead!

Oasis while travelling - Edit
I have landed in Cafe Sicily because my Italian teacher invited me there and I was nicely surprised by vegan options there. So, when my friend was having quick overstop in Prague, Cafe Sicily was actually the closest veg friendly place for lunch nearby main railway station in Prague. Usually the place is full all the time, so I was lucky to have a small table for us both. I had delicious pumpkin risotto, served warm and smelling great, which was just what I wanted during that cold, rainy day.
Read moreI absolutely recommend the place. Waitresses can speak English, are quick and friendly. Food is great and it is for reasonable price.
Pros: Menu, Location, Friendly Staff
Cons: quickly gets full, there are just few VEGAN options
