Easy to Veganize - Edit
I ordered Pad See Ew with no protein but extra vegetables. It was really good especially when I added spice. I would have liked more sauce and more unique vegetables but I enjoyed it.?

Best Thai in Pensacola - Edit
Best Thai in Pensacola hands down. Food is always delicious and staff is always friendly
Read moreAnd welcoming. All curries are vegan by default except massaman and several other dishes are vegan with tofu or can be without fish sauce. Their veggie spring rolls are made with fish sauce now though, so watch out for that. Most of the staff knows what vegan is.

A long wait… but tasty - Edit
It was almost an hour before any food arrived at the table. With only 3 other tables occupied, it seems we should have been served a bit quicker… Nevertheless, the TomYum Tofu was nice and the Glass Noodle Entree was very tasty. We are likely to go back because we enjoyed the food.

Best Thai I’ve had in P-Cola - Edit
Great options, food was delicious, and staff was knowledgeable and let me know about egg in the Pad Thai and asked if I wanted it without.

This is the best Thai restaurant in Pensacola. - Edit
This is the best Thai restaurant in Pensacola. All of their dishes are fresh, authentic, family recipes. They can all be made vegetarian or vegan. My favorite dish is the drunken noodles, I’ve also had the pad Thai and the pineapple fried rice. The mango dessert is also fabulous. The chefs are the owners, and a council from Thailand comes every year to certify the authenticity of the dishes. The portions are generous and are enough to share between two people. I always get my recipes prepared vegan.
