Great food—some vegan dishes, can modify others - Edit
I had two wonderful meals here while I was visiting the area. I ate there once for dinner and once for lunch, and they had slightly different menus for different times but they were similar. They have several appetizers that are vegan as-is, which are labeled on the menu. None of the main dishes were labeled as vegan on in the menu, but our server was very knowledgeable about what could be made vegan upon request. She advised that any of the curries could be made vegan, as well as several of the noodle dishes. There were other options as well.
Read moreOn our first visit there for dinner, my friend and I had the veggie pad Thai (modified), the Massaman curry (modified), the vegetable dumpling appetizer (vegan as-is), and the tofu triangle appetizer (vegan as-is). It was all very good, with generous portion sizes. We returned the next day and I was also able to try the veggie tofu soup, the basil noodles, the spicy eggplant, and the chive nuggets, all of which I liked. I requested mild spice for the spicier dishes. The soup and eggplant I asked to be made vegan, and I’m not sure if they had to modify them to veganize them; the basil noodles had to be modified; the chive nuggets were vegan as-is.
I’m usually nervous about asking for nonvegan menu items to be made vegan, especially when the nonvegan ingredients could be hidden in the sauce and may be overlooked when they veganize it, but I felt confident doing that here because of the knowledge of the wait staff. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Good food, substitutions difficult - Edit
Food is incredible, would recommend the Tofu Himmaparn! However, be sure to stick to the specified veg section, as the staff were confused, unclear about the animal products present in other items, like noodle dishes
