It seems like in order to make it vegetarian, they just don't add any sauce. Our noodle dishes were just plain noodles and plain veggies with plain tofu instead of meat and asked for no eggs too. It tasted like they may have used butter, but I don't know for sure. I got pad kee mao and my husband got pad thai. It was disappointing.

Amazing food and staff, and easily customized to vegan! - Edit
The staff is so lovely and warm!!! They were super attentive to me being vegan (add in tofu, no fish oil or eggs), and the food was delicious. I took out food due to COVID and am excited to support this local restaurant again! Would give 5 stars but it’s sadly not an option on this app for non vegan restaurants!
