Pleasant outdoor seating vegan option near beach - Edit
I had the Eggplant with Thai Basil (Choice of protein sautéed with eggplant, onions, bell peppers and Thai basil leaves in spicy sauce) and chose the tofu option, and ordered a side order of brown rice (rice doesn't come with the meal, it's extra).
Read moreThe menu list dishes as three levels of spicyness and this one was the lowest - 'mild'. I'm not big on spicyness, but after ordering this and eating this, I think I this one should have been made a bit more spicy. I didn't want to add the Kikoman soy sauce that was on the table, as I would have rather that the actual sauce it was cooked with to be a bit spicier.
The outdoor seating is very pleasant - if you can get one of the two large carved wooden booths, they are the best. They are located a few blocks from the beach and the beautiful state park next to the beach. So if you are vegan and camping out of your vehicle at the state park, this is a great option to eat vegan.
I also ordered the warm sake and spit two carafes with a friend. I was there with two friends and we sat there for a long time talking after our meal, and they did not chase us away, the way too many restaurants do to rush you to free up the table for someone else. The service overall was very pleasant, they anticipate your questions and we left them a health tip in response.
Pros: One of few vegan options in beautiful seaside town

Yummy vegan options - Edit
Very helpful waiter. When I ordered my noodle dish no egg, he asked if I wanted it vegan. Then when wife was asking about the curries, he noted that only the Yellow Curry was vegan.
Read moreHe also suggested the peanut sauce for the salads instead of the mayonnaise based dressing.
Both dishes were wonderful. Quick service and nice outdoor seating.
Pros: Vegan options, Quick service
Cons: Limited vegan options

terrific and dog friendly too - Edit
Both of us vegan with two dogs. Sat on large terrace had a terrific vegan meal-fresh rolls, noodles, pumpkin curry, Thai iced tea made with coconut milk, sing ha beer. Totally accommodating to vegans and dogs. And really delicious food.

Good eats. - Edit
Ate here twice with my son: once on the way up to SB and once on the way down. Small intimate popular inside with some outside deck eating. Close to the beautiful beach. Very friendly and fast. My meals were good, fresh and tasty and my belly was satisfied. I would go again. It had a family owned feel to it.
