Delicious Asian Vegetarian Meals

Excellent Asian cuisine options. Tasty food. Has both egg and eggless options.

Very cosy unit next to a 24-hour NTUC Supermarket in Bukit Batok West area. Has many wise and humourous anecdotes on the wall to read while waiting for food.

Herbs in Bak Kut Teh Soup, which is a really nice touch. Mushroom dishes are highly recommended here.

Drinks are not too sweet and refreshing. Vegetable dishes might run a bit salty to some, so may need to request to staff to put less salt.

Place may be crowded on weekend nights due to high order volumes (both dine-in and delivery), go down earlier and be willing to share tables with others for dine-in.

Pros: Tasty Food, Good Selection, Has Mala Selection, Friendly Staff, Good Table Management

Cons: Weekend dinner gets crowded so go down early, Waiting needed if their orders volume runs high, Be willing to share tables if dining out here

good curry and nice texture in vinegar ‘pork’!

the curry veg was really flavourful! and vinegar ‘pork’ texture was also really nice, reminds me of lion mane mushroom. bittergourd was too bitter, feels like the cooks didn’t soak it long enough to reduce the bitterness. decent mee sua and hor fun.

My favorite vegetarian restaurant in the West

Friendly place with delicious food. My family also like to visit this restaurant. However, you must reserve table during weekend dinner time. It was so crowded and queue for 30minutes!

Pros: Lots of choices , Always launch new product , Round table.

Cons: Busy restaurant during weekend , Very far from mrt station.

Dope

Have been coming here regularly and standard is always up to par. Non-vegetarian friends and family enjoy it thoroughly and are repeat customers as well! Highly recommend the honey glazed mushroom and sambal kang kong, my personal must haves

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Every dish is good, Good portion sizes

Cons: not the cheapest

Love the food and variety!

Ordered vegetarian chicken chop and satay. Chicken chop is tender, no greasy feel during and after eating. Satay and sauce goes well together

Pros: Wide variety

Cons: Location, Portion might not be sufficient for big eaters

Nice Zi Char

The standard of Shu Vegetarian at Bukit Batok outlet has been very consistent from the first day opening. As I’m staying within a stone’s throw, I will try to visit this eatery at least once per week. So far they haven’t disappointed me with the good taste of food.

I specially love their Thai style curry fish head! The curry tastes so dense and so yummy! Believe it or not I can finish the whole pot by myself!

Another dish I find it quite interesting is the sweet and spicy shiitake mushroom which I guess they want to mimic the Chinese style of freshwater snail dish. This dish doesn’t taste sweet to me at all but rather rich in strong spice taste. To spicy food lover, you should really try this one!

Pros: Good taste

Cons: Affordable price with decent portion
