Excellent Indian Street Food - Edit
This place is delicious, clean and nice. The food, especially the Pani Puri, reminds me of my Indian adventures. I’ll be eating here often.

First Visit - Edit
Almost anything can be made vegan, very spicy is the norm for Indian food. Husband was very happy with the hotness and flavor. Online ordering possible, but not certain what items can be veganized without asking/calling.

Cons: No "vegan as is" marked on the menu, Super mild was still spicy

My second experience with Indian Food - Edit
We were passing through town on a road trip and wanted to try something different. My husband tried the Shezwan fried rice. He felt it was far too spicy. My kids also found it to be spicy, but they ate most of it (which is a miracle, trust me).
Read moreI was not a fan of the pancake type appetizer, but the potato and chickpea fried pocket was delicious and for my entree, I had Gobi Manchurian with gravy.
It was SO DELICIOUS that I (who is very adverse to spicy food) could not stop eating. I’ve actually come home to Tampa and visited three other restaurants in search for such a yummy dish as this. No one has compared yet. I don’t know what they put in that sauce, but it is the stuff of dreams. I will definitely be stopping through the next time we drive back through Louisville.
Pros: Can make nearly ANYTHING vegan, Very friendly and patient, The good kind of spicy
Cons: Very spicy (even when you ask for “mild”)

Great Food, Great Service - Edit
I ate here with my omnivore parents and none of us had a lot of experience with Indian street food. When I mentioned this at the counter, I was guided through the menu with food suggestions for both my vegan needs and that of my parents. We ended up getting a broad selection dishes to try and I enjoyed all of the vegan dishes. Be aware that the have a number system for all foods and a 3 was reasonably spicy without burning us out. I don’t have any idea what a 7 or 10 is, but I would order higher numbers with caution.

Great food - Edit
Khaman Dhokla Plate (chickpea flour cakes) were delicious, and it was a surprisingly large serving for an appetizer. Shared with my coworkers and still had plenty. Mysore Masala Dosa (stuffed lentil and rice crepe) was huge and flavorful! Some seasonings come on the side, so that you can use as much or as little as you want. Ready-to-eat snacks and desserts they have for sale look good too. I'll be back often!
