Vegan Ramen

Chain restaurant in London but has a tasty vegan ramen bowl, plus a few starters and sides - all well labeled on the menu.

Loved the ramen, but the tofu bun was boring to me and lacked flavor - just a tangy sauce with iceberg lettuce and tofu. Cucumber starter was a pleasant and refreshing surprise.

If they add a few more vegan options then I may give 4 stars.

Pros: Ramen bowl is flavorful, Vegan options are well labeled

Cons: Tofu bun is boring
