Lemon Overkill - Edit
Great falafel. Good baba ganoush but it was hella lemony. Good hummus but it was overrun by olive oil. Fries were good and well seasoned. Fries came with garlic sauce that tasted more like lemon sauce.

Where is the flavor? - Edit
Edible and ok, but wasn't flavorful. Expected their falafel to be well spiced but it wasn't.

Their pita has diary - Edit
Since the pita bread has diary in it, I'd rather just go elsewhere. The staff is also poorly trained, the menu lacks variety even chain Mediterranean restaurants have and most of the to go supplies are not compostable.

Cons: Poor variety, Pita bread has diary, To go containers are plastic

Shish is delish! - Edit
For breakfast I really like the foul madammas!
Read moreNew lunch favorites are the roasted vegetable and falafel bowls. Each comes with its own vegan sauce in addition to a super creamy hummus. Generous portions and reasonable pricing.
Pros: Great food, Reasonably priced, Casual atmosphere
Cons: Hard to decide what to order!

Not as good of options - Edit
This place used to have better options but not as good after the remodeling last year. Nothing looks that good on the menu anymore so please check the current menu before going.

Good, Casual Dining - Edit
They have good vegan options which include falafel and veggies wraps/bowls. It is counter service and the employees were really nice. It is fairly standard fast Mediterranean food. Does the trick!

Many Veg Options - Edit
While Shish has many vegetarian and vegan options, the food is not great. Needs seasoning and some TLC. Certain items are priced too high and are not substantial. For example, they have a vegetable shish kebab entrée which includes vegetable skewers, rice, and a few roasted veggies. The price is $13 and doesn't have a protein. Other items are priced well. They have a large selection of cakes.

foul medammas...perfection! - Edit
The foul medammas (also part of Breakfast From My Village) is a lovely flavorful savory bean stew. Served with pita, cucumber and tomato, olives, and falafel.

The Veg kabob over rice is a decent meal at other times of day.

Greasy but tasty - Edit
Several vegan options that are clearly marked on the menu. Great prices for a good amount of food. I tried the lentil soup once and it wasn't anything to write home about. The portobello burger however is greasy but very tasty. The fries are also very good!
