5 Star Experience - Edit
I would give a 5 star review to this restaurant as they have a split menu and make everything that is vegan and vegetarian separately from their meat dishes and meat menu. They even cook the vegan dishes with separate dishes and utensils from the meat menu. Happy cow actually does not allow for giving a 5 star review and only reserves it for restaurants that are only vegan which already sets the businesses with vegan options back in the star ratings which is not only not fair, but actually infringes on our rights as a reviewer and hurts businesses that are hard working to stand for what they believe in at happy cow. My 4 stars is not a 4 stars, it is a 5 stars all the way.

Hidden Gem - Edit
If you’re not familiar with baba ganoush, come here! If you’re hesitant about hummus, come here! Fearful of falafel? Come. Here. Hidden gem of a place and they know what they’re doing. Note: very vegetarian friendly but vegans have to be aware of some dairy in items, per the description. The hummus especially tastes fresh and homemade, not like the mass produced hummus from the grocery store.

Shiraz Shish Kabob--Great for vegetarians, suitable for vegans with modifications - Edit
Small restaurant in middle of parking lot of shopping center. Nicely decorated. Half the menu is meat and half is vegetarian/vegan. Vegans, you must modify the dishes because as-is they are mostly vegetarian and not vegan. I ordered #16 the Abghoost Persian Stew, and the woman working behind the counter was helpful, so I trusted the dish would come out vegan. I held the butter and ordered rice, not bread. For a good price, you get a huge plate of rice, vegetable stew (with chickpeas, white beans, potatoes) and a nice bowl of broth. Everything in the dish was super flavorful and had a great aroma...the broth looks spicy, and is well seasoned, but is not spicy at all. This option is great for vegans with modification.
