Decent food, great atmosphere - Edit
The food at Shine comes from the attached LaPa Grill and Soup Shack. The food is decent, but the highlight is the attached taproom with a great atmosphere, dozens of great beers on tap, and a passionate, friendly owner, Travis.

Great veganizable options - Edit
We tried the BBQ burrito with Thai peanut sauce, the Santa Fe black bean burrito and the loaded chips with guacamole. All were delicious, portions huge and reasonably priced. Friendly staff as well. Great selection of beers to pair with your meal.

I didn’t take any food photos because I didn’t think they were on HC. The food side was called Lapa Grill and they offer “Subway” style ordering for tacos and burritos. We ordered black bean and veggie tacos with added toppings, along with a side of guacamole. Tacos came on flour tortillas and I didn’t confirm they were vegan 😏. I was told the guacamole , black and pinto beans do not contain animal products. The tacos were fine and they have two good salsas. The guacamole had a slight tangy taste and we dressed it up with salsa. The tortilla chips were seasoned with a chili lime salt. The outdoor patio was nice and a good way to see life on Main. Plan to go back to enjoy a beer and hang on the patio.

Massive burritos built to order - Edit
I love getting the wrap of khan: Spicy chili bean spread with cilantro-lime rice, bamboo shoots, purple cabbage and a fiery Thai chili peanut sauce.
