Restaurant turned food truck

We often see the truck at local vegan events like veg fest in eastern market or ypsi vegfest or vegfest in riley park farmington. The prices are a bit high but the food is decent and the owner is very nice and involved in the community.
My favorite is their blue moon 'milk'shakes!
