Wonderful for dine in or to go

I stop by this place often to buy some bread and dip to take home. The mujaddara, hummus and baba ghanouj are what I would recommend if you want more than just bread.

Pros: Bread and dip, Mujaddara, Hummus

Cons: Meat on menu

Solid Mediterranean Choice in GR

As soon as you walk into Shesco, you will be greeted by maybe the most extraverted restaurant owner I have ever met. He tries his best to make sure you feel welcomed.

There are a few vegan options at Shesco. I have only had the falafel wrap with fries and tome sauce. It is a solid wrap, if not a little dry. The tome sauce is banging as a fry dip or on the wrap. I would like to visit again to try more on the menu.

Shesco offers good vegan choices for Mediterranean cuisine in Grand Rapids.

Pros: Vegan options, Tome sauce, Friendly service

Cons: Not entirely vegan

Fantastic service and solid falafel

I was immediately greeted loudly when I walked in (which was a little over the top lol). Server was really nice and knowledgeable on what ingredients were used.

I had the falafel wrap which truly was a bargain at only 7 dollars. I also sat down to eat it which they always give you flatbread and garlic paste (vegan). Delicious!

Definitely will be stopping in again when I'm in the area.

Excellent Meal

We had dinner at Sheshco Mediterranean Grill tonight. If we lived in the area, this would be a regular spot for us. We split the Veggie Combo for 2, which is easily enough food for 4. The food was delicious! The warm pita and the garlic paste is amazing!!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Huge portions

Cons: None

Excellent Middle Eastern food!

We live nearby and order from here often. Try the Veggie Ghallaba over hummus, it’s awesome. They serve hot pita from the oven with garlic paste, which is so addictive my husband calls it crack paste. They come free with dine in and take out entree orders.

Pros: Several vegan and vegetarian options., Crack paste and fresh hot pita

Excellent Lebanese Food

Made from scratch food, can absolutely get vegan dishes. The menu has many items. Make their own flatbread, too, with a delicious, whipped light, olive oil and garlic spread. Plenty of seating in restaurant, great service. They have a big carryout business, too.

Pros: They understand vegan and have delicious options.

Cons: No liquor license.

excellent!

Probably the best middle eastern food in Grand Rapids. The veg combo for 2 can easily feed 2 people for 2 meals. Everything that comes with it is vegan (hummus, baba, falafel, grape leaves, tabouli, spinach pie, soup or salad also) omitting the yogurt sauce that comes with the mujadra. Comes with a side of rice, fries, or grilled veggies. Unsure whether fries are made in the same bins as meat, & rice may be made with butter - double check to make sure. Grilled veggies are excellent. Lentil soup is vegan, as is the garlic dip that comes with each meal. Excellent food at a reasonable price!

Pros: Lots of options, Price

Cons: none that I can think of!
