Elegant vegetarian buffet near Wenxin Forest Park - Edit
This is part of the Saint Lotus group of vegetarian buffet restaurants in Taichung. Located in a vast and elegant space across the street from Wenxin Forest Park, this restaurant offers a modest variety of well-prepared mostly vegan dishes. There is also a dim sum cart that makes the rounds, plus a noodle bar. It also offers non-vegan pastry and ice cream for dessert. I counted 6 different soups, 12 cold appetizers and 9 main dishes: the variety of offerings doesn't quite match other veggie buffet restaurants in Taichung. But if you want to enjoy an unhurried meal in an elegant environment with friends and family, this is the place to visit.
