Has 1 vegan option - Edit
When I went to Shelly’s the only vegan option was the v biscuit and gravy. It’s a mushroom gravy and you can pay $2 to add vegan sausage. I thought it was *fine* but nothing to write home about. The hashbrowns / breakfast potatoes are both vegan since they use canola oil which I appreciate also.

Surprised to find a diner with listed vegan options so close to the airport. - Edit
I was surprised to see that there were vegan options here as it seems like a typical American greasy spoon diner but their vegan biscuits and mushroom gravy was solidly good and affordable.

WOW!!!!!! Vegan biscuits and gravy were out of this world! The mushrooms make it so full of flavor. The plant based sausage is well done! The potatoes are seasoned and cooked to perfection. GREAT flavor coffee. Super friendly and homey!!! Love love love. Will be going back every time I’m to and from the airport 🥰🙌

Vegan biscuits and gravy - Edit
This place has vegan biscuits and gravy and apparently can have a vegan burrito. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with hash browns and it was a huge portion. Very nice to see vegan options here at a standard American diner.

Got the veg burrito customized with extra veggies, avocado, vegan sausage. It was crispy outside and not greasy/heavy. Excellent flavors.

Vegan biscuits and gravy!!! - Edit
I find it so hard to find vegan breakfast options as almost every brunch/breakfast place uses eggs or dairy. This cute, old-school diner does not look like it would be an exception, but it pleasantly surprised me with an amazing vegan biscuits and gravy option with plant-based sausage!!! The portions are also HUGE. I will definitely be going back.
