Plenty of plant-based options - Edit
While not a vegan restaurant, Sharky's makes the effort to have an array of plant-based choices, (currently seven). They have an app, so your food can be waiting for you when you arrive. Portions are reasonable. The seasonal roasted vegetable bowl was good. Between Sharky's and Grain Lab across the way, healthy eaters can come to "Hangar 28" regularly.

Vegan selections - Edit
This Mexican Restaurant/taco place has great selection of vegan options. Sharkeys Quinoa Salad, tofu taco, AJ Burrito. All delicious and health mind choices. Portions are large for the salads and Burritos.
