Best food in San Marcos - Edit
Vegan Sanwich is incredible, their vegan soup of the day blows my mind. I also ask them to remove the goats cheese in their large salad and the honey from the dressing and replace with strawberries and avocado instead. The fruit and veg grown by Buddhist monks and nuns on the lakes and for me it's the best food in San Marcos by far! Juices and vegan cakes also excellent!!

What a place! It’s a nicest cafe I’ve been in Central America! The atmosphere and meditation sounds were just magnificent.

lovely place with an even lovelier garden! unfortunately, their cocoa powder isn't vegan. i had some chai tea instead. the vegan carrot cake was absolutely delicious! my friend had a soft chocolate cake (vegetarian) that was a little custard-like, which she didn't expect but also really enjoyed!

An Oasis in SM - Edit
This place is awesome, and deservedly popular. They offer lots of things to lots of different people, but my favorites are the regular rotating (authentic!) Indian dishes, their fresh mint lemonade, soups and snacks,, and their tempting vegan deserts from local chefs like snicker cake and cashew cream pies. Wonderful lounging atmosphere out back with relaxing music always playing, and a fun porch space out front. Although they do have a few meat sandwiches, it feels more like a veggie cafe. Check this place out!
