Very good vegan options - Edit
Most options on their menu can be veganized. There is a custom bowl salad option, & some other dishes that are vegan by omitting either a non vegan dressing or ingredient. All the food was fresh, & delicious. The vegan bowls we ordered were gluten free as well. We came back several times during our stay because of the limited dining options for vegans in this area.

Amazing bowls!!! - Edit
We had two bowls and both were absolutely delicious. The tofu protein option was very seasoned and perfect.
