It's my favorite place to eat in the city - entire vegan menu, rotating specials which are usually Asian cuisine, drinks, desserts... and it's all great!

Unbelievable Vegan food - Edit
WOW. This meal was incredible. Everything from the house made beer to the atmosphere to the food was 5 stars. This was the first time I had eaten a "printed meat" burger and it was fantastic, I've obviously had beyond meat before but since I am in Israel and cant find "New Meat" anywhere else, I had to try it and I was not disappointed. The English menu's made everything a lot easier on us and there were plenty of gluten free options to choose from. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a great, cute and delicious vegan spot to eat.

Favorite Restaurant in Beersheva! - Edit
As a vegan tourguide, and also when traveling with my vegan family, I often plan my entire day's itinerary around stopping for lunch at Shakti. The food is absolutely amazing, the service is always enthusiastic and full of smiles, and the prices are reasonable for such creative fare. The new location is very spacious and comfortable, yet still intimate and cozy. My favorite dishes are the Cheza, Savzi and Chraime, but I've tried everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant and always look forward to my next visit!

My husband is vegan, I am not, but Shakti was the vegan food I had ever tasted. My husband order a dish that was Indian inspired and I helped him eat more than my share. We will be back!

As soon as you walk in, you feel welcome. The interior decoration is great. The menu changes daily. Now about the hamburger.....when waiter brought it to the table it was just jaw-dropping.

home style cooked meals, Indian food, desserts, brunches on Fridays. I asked them about bringing my own lunch boxes for take outs and they were pretty cool with that.
they have blankets if you're cold!
