Serves meat, vegan options available. Indian food menu, has some vegetarian dishes. Ask which are or can be without dairy. Open Mon-Sun 13:00-15:00, 17:00-00:00.
I can only assume that the previous reviewer either hailed from a different galaxy or visited a different place.
Dining here was an incredibly depressing experience. I left the place 45 minutes ago and still feel depressed. Service was super slow and depressingly unenthusiastic. The terrace does have sea views, that's right, but they are far away on the other side of the highway. Other than that, the terrace has plenty of dead flowers (probably died of depression) and discarded sweet wrappers.
The food? Well, on the bright side, the menu does have many vegetarian options, but the dishes were certainly not authentically Indian, nor did they taste very nice.
The restaurant is part of a shopping and restaurant complex that has seen better days and today looks like Baghdad just after the bombing.
To be fair, the complex featured some restaurants that looked less depressing, so perhaps have a look around. As for Shakira, I'd rather hit my right toe with a hammer repeatedly before returning.
This is a large and clean restaurant in Alicante's coast with a big terrace with view to the sea. Tipical indian food with a lot of vegetarian dishes. The taste if good you like this type of spicy food. Indian personnel and ambience. Moderate price.
