Best Breakfast - Edit
I saw this cafe on happy cow, and I thought it was vegetarian with vegan options. To my surprise, it was all vegan. I had the full breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. It was really filling and lots of variety and looks beautiful. I also asked for minimal oil and no salt and they were able to accommodate this. Really great breakfast in BGC area in Manila.

Cozy cafe by a nice park. Staff is very attentive and food is tasty, not cheap but we had a bowl and the English breakfast and it was yummy and quite big. Enjoyed the coffee too.

Very friendly staff. Food was pretty average and not very filling. Loud bad background music plus noisy fans and kitchen equipment. Shake was good but expensive. The seating isn’t very comfortable either.

Imo:
- Beans should taste more like Heinz Beans
- Bread would be better really crispy
- Scrambled Tofu could use more spices (e..g curry, pepper, salt)

I’ve been to few Shaka restaurants around Philippines and this is by far the one who most options, and wow, so much to choose from. Great options of healthy meals.

The tacos have a very hard thick shell, not good. Change the taco shell immediately because nobody likes it. The filling of the taco is only slightly good, but the cashew cheese sauce on top is excellent. The juices are not sweet and bland. The smoothie bowls are great. Other menu items look great too.

Popped in here for lunch and immediately impressed with the decent aircon, cleanliness and fresh modern decor. The menu had many appealing dishes, it was hard to choose. Service was good and food was well presented. The tofu in the Grilled Mushroom Veggie Bowl was divine, and the Mango and Red Bean Curry was mild but still flavoursome. Overall we found the food to be a bit too salty but still enjoyable.

One weekend, I decided to try out a new restaurant that had recently opened in the neighborhood. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and friendly conversation. The restaurant manager Lanvin went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my meal. He stopped by my table to ask how everything was, and JZ the crew, was beyond competitive, his communication skills were really impressive, soa S Cled. I’m completely satisfied and thoroughly impressed with the restaurant. The food was outstanding, we look for something quality and a good portion in the Philippines , and the service was impeccable, fast Wifi – means it's not a nagtipid titipid but provided total convenience at saka the little extras like the complimentary bits made the experience truly memorable. See you again.

This is more or less a Western-style vegan cafe sort of place. Dishes include breakfast offerings (various plates and smoothie bowls), appetizers, several burgers, and some mains. Smoothies, coffees, and juices are also sold here.
Read moreI've been to this location twice while staying in the area, and have previously visited the Shaka in Bohol. The food is fine, and the portions are good, but I find most of it too sweet. Just about everything on the menu is sweet to the point of tasting sugary. This is great if you're in the mood for a smoothie, but a little offputting if you're going for a burger. The coffee here was quite good, though.
It's also quite expensive, even for Makati. It's not quite worth the expensive unless it's your only option. It opens early and stays open fairly late, so it's got that going for it at least.
This is a chain with several other branches. They have a stamped loyalty card that can be carried over to other branches.

Read moreI ordered the chocolate monkey smoothie and Pad thai. The Pad thai seems to have a different flavor from how it was supposed to taste but i still liked it. The smoothie was great! I love the little surprises of chocolate pieces you get from every sip. Portions are big.

I had a Cappucino, the Wak wak Burger and the Berry Good Nice Smoothie.
Read moreThe Burger came with a salad which had no sauce. Eating salad without a salad sauce isn't that much enjoyable. The Burger itself tasted good, the Bun tho could be fresher. It seemed they had the Bun already longer in stock since it was dry and not so soft anymore.
The Smoothie tasted really great, but it had a lot of seeds or whatever it was, which are lots of small pieces that you can't chew so I always spit them out into a tissue.
Overall a nice place with good food, but it could use some improvements.
