Variety for Vegans

It is difficult to find variety in most of the non-vegetarian restaurants. Well... not in Shaanxi, which is truly veg-friendly.

In many restaurants offering Chinese cuisine, I'm stuck with Fried rice and spring roll. I've visited Shaanxi many times now, and every time I've ordered something new which I've never tried before.

My fav vegan option is cold skin noodles (which sells out so quick), and fried tofu with veg. home style.

Other vegan options include - Vegetable delight, veg fried rice (specify no egg), Spicy hot oil seared hand pulled noodles (specify no egg), Mixed Vegetable Boiled in Spicy and Hot Sauce (specify no meat).

Pros: Variety on menu for vegans is very good, Good serving size and value for money, Good customer service
