Their Keep the Country, Country sandwich is TALL!! They do not skimp on the fillings.

They serve meat burgers but have a vegan option, the country sandwich. They swap the meat paddie for a pineapple paddie. It was delicious.
Read moreUnfortunately, when I ordered the vegan version it came with cheese so they had to re-do it. Make sure to say no cheese when ordering.
The burger was absolutely delicious though and the staff was super friendly:)

They made me the country sandwich. I am also gluten free so it came as a lettuce wrap since they don’t have gf buns. I assumed with no beef patty then i would have a lot of mushrooms and onions. It was very little. If you are vegan don’t forget to ask them to hold the swiss. The fries were good but not gluten free.

Dedicated vegan restaurants are few and far between on the less touristy North Shore of Oahu. Other than the superb vegan prix fixe meal at Roy’s Beach House, vegan folks can find themselves subsisting on hummus and bread from Foodland (not a bad alternative, but it can get monotonous).
Read moreSeven Brothers provides an excellent vegetarian burger and fries, the Country Sandwich, that can be easily veganized by asking (they remove the Swiss cheese). Our family has a dairy allergy and had no reaction, thus we can confirm the meal including orange sauce with cilantro has no dairy.
This humongous veg burger is packed full of tasty, thoughtfully chosen, local veggie ingredients: breaded fried onion ring, pineapple, mushroom, avocado, lettuce and tomato. The home fries are well seasoned. The whole meal was satisfying and moreish.
Pros: It’s a vegan meal in North Shore, Restaurant does takeout
Cons: Only one vegan burger on the menu
