Delicious falafel bowl. Quite pricey tho.
Read moreAsked for a soy latte, but he said they only do rice milk, bit weird when the smoothies says they have oat milk.
A lot of tables hadn’t been cleared, so didn’t come across as the cleanest of places, but I’d still recommend and go back again since we’re here for a week

We loved the food (great selection) but also the ambiance , the laid back and excellent service and very good location.

Amazing place with amazing food - Edit
Absolutely the best food! Also: always leave room for dessert! Really nice place too, both inside or outside and super friendly owner and staff. They make you feel at home. Impossible to leave Chamonix without at least one visit to Sesame.

Not a lot of vegan options in Chamonix so was glad to see they opened for the peak season. The Falafel Bowl is delicious especially the falafel which is full of flavour as is the cheesecake. And service is good

All food is made from scratch, they make their own seitan, vegan cheesecake, excellent falafel. Everything we tried was delicious. Very friendly service and fantastic natural wines. Even my husband, who is not vegan, liked the food a lot.

Sesame is -by far- the best place for vegans in Chamonix.
Read moreThe menu is (at the moment) 95% vegan.
But I've been told they may add more non-vegan dishes because vegan clients are not so numerous in Chamonix, so, if you are in town, please support them so that they don't need to do that.
About the food, it's delicious, although I must say that portions could be a bit more generous.
We had lunch and dinner and we really enjoyed everything we had, with the tapas being a highlight for us.
The staff is lovely and very attentive, so the overall dining experience was wonderful.
Pros: almost completely vegan, lovely staff, good food

Chamonix is expensive but if you’re looking for a vegan restaurant this is the place. Absolutely brilliant food, so delicious and creative. Some flavours that I’d never had in vegan food before!

We had three courses and each one was delicious. Lovely friendly staff too. It's listed as a vegetarian restaurant on here and on Google reviews some people say some of it is vegetarian but the waitress said everything was vegan as indeed does their website.

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant cet été et milles mercis car très peu d'options veganes correctes à chamonix. Une "petite" carte qui rassure sur la qualité. Jamais assez de place pour aller jusqu'au dessert. Savoureux, copieux. Mention spéciale pour la patate douce rôtie ! Et le burger est vraiment parfait. On croise les doigts pour voir apparaître la fondue en hiver 😜.

The menu is 99% vegan with amazing dessert collection too! A real treat as the food is healthy and tasty! The mains are large enough for one and to starters make a nice dinner too! Three starters make a generous dinner after a long hike.

This place has good reviews, but I honestly can't see why. Service was incredibly slow, the food was cold (like they made everything we ordered after eachother and then let everything get cold while they worked on the test) , bland (especially the falafel)., and the chips were still raw. When we asked for extra salt, we got a tiny amount of salt on a plate, which also took forever despite me coming to the bar/kitchen to ask.

They also messed up our order, we got chips we didn't ask for, which they let us keep without paying them, so props to them for that.
