Good vegan options, but... - Edit
Stopped here while passing through the area. On the menu, it states under the vegan or veganizable options "we understand vegan."
Read moreSadly this did not hold true for their order takers/cashier. We told them we wanted to order the tofu bulgogi, bibimap, sushi and sweet potatoes listed under the vegan menu section. They then asked us: 1) did we want crabmeat with our sushi; 2) did we want egg with the noodles, and 3) did we want to take some side salad that had mayo. To be fair, the owner/manager intervened and apologized profusely.
The food itself was good, especially the noodles and kimchi.
Pros: Reasonable prices, Tasty entrees
Cons: Vegan related confusion

I would give Joomi and her staff five stars if I could! They are very conscientious when preparing not only their vegan and vegetarian foods, but the gluten-free ones as well! Being able to find gluten-free vegan is a rarity here, so I appreciate the choices Seoul offers. Highly recommend the vegan Gimbab, pancake sampler, and vegan ramen.

Great Vegan Stop - Edit
I’m in Salina for a conference and was thrilled to find this little spot based on Happy Cow reviews. I had the buffet which was fits right into the vegan diet. They will also fry you vegetable dumplings if you ask them. Kimchi was great!

A hidden surprise in Kansas - Edit
It was a very nice restaurant. Like a previous review stated, do not let the outside deter you. The staff is very friendly and very good about clarifying the ingredients. Oh and the food was great too!

I wish I could say this food was great, but I never got to eat it. We drove out of our way to go here but when we arrived none of the four people working there were wearing masks. Salina is having a major covid problem and they can’t even be bothered to wear a mask or open a window. Ridiculous.

I really enjoy the Korean food at Seoul USA in Salina. I would describe this place as home style Korean food (this isn't Korean bbq). They have a nice (and varied) selection of Vegan and Vegitarian items, The kitchen is open and everything is prepared fresh and made to order. They aren't fast food however you do order at the counter and food comes out at a quick and steady pace. The Tofu Bulgogi and Tofu Bibimbab & Hot Stone are really good the soups are amazing. They have multiple vegan appetizer options (Mung Bean pancakes are amazing). Great place to go with Vegan and non-vegan friends.

Awesome find in Kansas! - Edit
As vegan choices are far and few between in this part of Kansas, I was thrilled to fine this gem. Staff was very knowledgeable in what was vegan. Entree came with 2 sides that were vegan, a cucumber kimchi and a mung bean sprout salad. Very reasonably priced. Authentic too. I will be back!
