Flavor and vegan goodness! - Edit
Seoul Mama has several delicious vegan options. Today I had the tofu lunchbox. The tofu was crispy and delicious. The cabbage rolls were perfect as was the rice, and I can’t say enough about the vegan dumplings. The servers were informed about the vegan options and were super helpful! I will definitely be back!

Not as flavorful as I would like - Edit
Tons of vegan options! My mom opted for the stir fry ramen and said that it didn’t really taste like much. She ended up ordering some “fire sauce” and liked it a lot better. I ordered the tteokbokki with ramen added and it was really really good. Perfectly spicy. The tteokochi however, I found to be pretty bland.

Super busy place. We went on a Wednesday night and got the last table available. The wait was long, pretty such they were understaffed a bit.

Vegan Friendly - Edit
Was shopping nearby and saw this in the app. I got the Tofu Lunchbox (vegan) and my daughter got the Fried Ramen (veg). The food was very tasty! Dumplings had a soy-based meat alternative.

Amazing Options! - Edit
The staff is super friendly & knowledgeable about veganism. The menu is very accessible and most items can be ordered vegan as-is without any special requests! Only small downside - the kimchi is NOT vegan, but they typically serve it with all meals even if you request vegan choices. The vegetable dumplings are amazing & they also have a vegan pancake dessert that’s amazing! Highly recommend, I had never tried Korean food before coming here and I love it now.

Korean Food in Bloomington! - Edit
I am vegan, and was visiting my son who attends Illinois Wesleyan. I always use Happy Cow to find restaurants when I'm out of town. We were striking out on a Saturday night because many places were too busy, so we just did a general search. We found Seoul Mama, and I was pleased to see that they had many vegan options on their menu. I had Vegan Gungjung Tteokbokki (rice cakes), and Vegan Bibimbap, both of which were excellent. It was curbside pickup only, because of COVID, so we didn't get to see the inside of the restaurant. I finally joined Happy Cow so I could add Seoul Mama to the listings. I also noticed that they have just added a vegan lunchbox to their menu.
