Since the birth of Anixi, Chef Guy’s flagship plant-based restaurant, the lines between a great restaurant and a great Vegan restaurant have been blurred. You could take any of your friends and they would not believe you when you tell them that everything they just ate was plant based.

In Siete, Chef Guy and his team are at it again. All the Mexican dishes we love, from Quesadilla to mouthwatering Tacos, Enchiladas and more make an appearance and are delightful. The dishes are served in an artistic and whimsical fashion but are not fussy. These are down to earth, plentiful potions and you wish you could eat more. The pulled Birria tacos are balanced and delicious. The Chick’n Quesadilla is a must with a perfect thickness, boasting a crispy exterior and melted cheese that is remarkable.

A special attention was given to the pastry menu. The Churros are a thing of beauty, the ice cream is homemade and the lime cake is dense and layered on top of a cookie crust that just works.

Inside the restaurant the vibe is welcoming, modern and spacious. The team behind the bar is diligent, attentive and happy to serve you. The wait staff are always within sight, knowledgeable and eager to guide you through the extensive menu.

I have been a restaurateur for over 20 years. This is how successful restaurants are made, period. And you feel it as you walk in. There is no doubt that Chef Guy and his team are at the cutting edge of NYC plant-based cuisine. Firring on all cylinders they continue to demonstrate to anyone who is willing to listen that a plant-based restaurant can outperform any celebrated non vegan spot any day of the week. Take your skeptic friends and they will thank you.

Beautiful space and presentation and very delicious food! I want to try everything on the menu. Not cheap but portions are large

We were blown away by Siete. Their menu was SO good it was nearly impossible to choose what to eat, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was above and beyond.
