Tasty Mexican veg options - Edit
While Señor Fajitas doesn’t have any fully vegan entrees on their menu (yet), they do have several vegetarian dishes that they are happy to make vegan for you. I had the veggie chimichanga with extra refried beans & it was delicious. The veggie chimichanga includes mushroom, spinach, squash, tomato, bell pepper, & onion - a super tasty combo! Also had plenty of chips with guacamole & salsa. The owner confirmed the rice is cooked with chicken broth so have some extra beans instead. I was super happy to find that I could still have a nice vegan meal out in this small town & definitely recommend!
