Lovely place and lovely people

I have been to Self a few times both for food, drink and classes.
Nicki is such a lovely lady and her passion for all things Self is evident. Her Mum Jan is always friendly too.

The menu varies due to availability of fresh food but she usually has a couple of vegan options.

I overheard someone asking for vegan cake but sadly there wasn't any that day but apparently there is usually one.

Oat milk is available for hot drinks and the coffee is good.

I chose the 'Californian' sandwich which consisted of Avocado, Hummus and Pepper dip. I was given the option of having it on a Focaccia which was good. Portions very generous too.
